The Real Experience Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Alexandrou as new Chief Executive Officer of the company. Nick initially joined the Group in 2016 as Chief Financial Officer. Previous to joining The Real Experience Group Nick has held a variety of successful commercial and financial leadership positions across industry.
Nick has taken on the role of Chief Executive Officer to support and drive the growth strategies of the businesses within the group.
Also joining the Group is Nicola Macfarlane who has taken on the position of Head of Sales & Marketing for COGO Travel. Nicola has a very strong background across Product, Marketing and Sales gained from from a number of senior positions for TUI Travel and will be instrumental in leading the COGO teams in the UK and Ireland.
Following the acquisition of the i-to-i TEFL business we are pleased to announce that in April 2016 we merged our i-to-i and LoveTEFL brands together. This merger has created a leading TEFL provider in the market under the well known i-to-i brand.

Leading London and Dublin based English language school The English Studio recently launched a new transactional website as part of its plans to increase direct bookings. The new website, built using the WordPress Content Management System and the SchoolWorks school management platform, is also fully integrated with The English Studio’s Salesforce CRM set up providing an advanced capability to maximise sales.

Eddie O’Loughlin from the Group’s latest acquisition ECM College in Dublin talks to Newstalk about the benefits of joining The Real Experience Group, the impact of new regulations for the language school sector in Ireland and the growth plans for the business.
The Real Experience Group has added another new business to its portfolio by completing the acquisition of Dublin based ECM College in January 2016. ECM was founded in 2010 and has quickly expanded to become one of Ireland’s leading QQI/ACELS accredited providers of English language training courses. It currently operates from central Dublin teaching English to over 1,200 foreign students annually from Europe, Central America, South America and South Korea.
ECM will integrate into the Group as part of the English Studio brand. This will provide The Real Experience Group with leading, high quality, accredited schools in both London and Dublin. The Group’s intention is to continue to grow its Education Division and look to acquire suitable other language schools both in the UK and Ireland as well as internationally.
